More About Me
I’m what you would call a jack of all trades(?)in design. I have been practising design for just over a decade now and have been in a variety of design roles such as Graphic Design, Content Design, UI, UX and Marketing Manager.
I am an accomplished design team manager with extensive experience in Data-Driven Design, DesignsOps, UX Methodologies, Conversion Optimisation, Leadership and Management. Strong skills in a variety of digital marketing skills from SEO, and SEM, to Email Marketing. Contributed to a variety of optimisation projects, with results ranging from 25% to +100% improvement.
Currently, my day to day job as marketing team manager involves leading a team of various disciplines towards a vision(I know right sounds dramatic)?. I do this using design leadership, team development, scaling teams, running design thinking activities and design ops.
But sometimes it also contains the fun, gritty and hands-on design work when needed like creating data-driven designs and running CRO experiments.
When not working, most of my days are spent with my wife and my twin boys. And when they’re asleep you can find me gaming?, cooking?, reading? or drawing.
